Hootz House tickets are FREE to all members and guests paying the park admission fee. When booking online or choosing to pay on arrival you will need to choose a time slot to use Hootz House.
Do you have to book for pensthorpe?
Whilst government restrictions are in place all visitors, including members and children under 3 years old, will need to pre-book tickets online, to ensure that we can safely manage numbers. You can purchase your tickets online, the same day of your visit, subject to availability.

Can you take dogs to pensthorpe?
Unfortunately, unless they are assistance dogs, dogs cannot enter the main reserve or adventure play areas. Our car park does not currently offer any decent shade and it doesn’t take long for a dog to suffer in a car, so please do not leave your dog in the car.
