Why did kpopmart not refund my order?
With shipping, her order was about $42. Kpopmart is only refunding her $8. They claim that they had to send the package back after realizing one album wasn’t in stock, which makes no sense, so they aren’t refunding the shipping because they are reimbursing themselves basically.
