- See and be present. Take three cleansing breathes and close your eyes.
- Lick or smell the chocolate.
- Bite the truffle into two pieces.
- Taste the chocolate.
- Repeat Step 4 with the remaining half of the truffle.

Can you freeze Vosges Chocolates?
Vosges Haut-Chocolat truffles are made with fresh cream and must be consumed within 10 days of receipt. Please also reference the expiration date card that arrives with your package. If you’d like to save your truffles for consumption on a future date you may freeze them for up to 3 months.
