- If necessary to reactive the water repellency, you can also tumble dry on low heat for about 20 minutes.
How do you wear the Gabba?
For me, it’s best worn with a baselayer – the windproof material isn’t the nicest next to skin. When it’s a bit colder, it works well with windproof armwarmers, like Castelli’s Nano Flex ones. Temperature range is a tricky one as it depends on wind and rain, but I’d say from about 8 degrees up.

The Castelli Emergency Rain Jacket is “just right”. Light weight, easy to roll up and tuck in my jersey. Lucky for me (I suppose) I was able to test it out almost immediately after receiving it during a 100k ride, when the weather/rain rolled in with about an hour to go.
